Here's another thought... does your H work at a different firm? If so, does his insurance cover fertility? You could switch to his coverage in January and then start from there. LOL! You can tell you've been around this block a few times also! I switched my insurance from an employer plan to one through the healthcare exchange this year simply for fertility coverage.

Get this... when I worked for that pharma company, the fertility coverage was unreal (unlimited fertility treatments and Rx with no cap, plus $25K for OOP expenses). I had just turned 40 and was about to get engaged. It was hard to walk away from all of that. But, the job was so bad I had to leave. Looking back, maybe I should've stuck it out.

That's a Cadillac plan!

We have a big gross hospital v. hospital fight in Pittsburgh right now. His insurance is for one, mine is the other. If I go on his, I'd have to completely switch hospitals, doctors, etc., unfortunately. That is IF it's even covered.
I kind of want to take a nap now.
I wanted to like this because of the truth, but I just can't since it is annoying. If you would switch I would highly recommend the hospital that I go to for my appointments. They actually have a fertility clinic in the hospital. The women's hospital has a fertility clinic, too. Just in case you want to go somewhere you are familiar with.
