My husband works with the general public. He keeps telling people to "enjoy your VD!" He called me laughing his ass off about it.
So enjoy your VD girls!

Ehh we had hamburger helper. Legit hamburger helper for dinner. Fail doesn't even begin to describe it. It's so many thing's too. H was elbowed in the face twice during basketball four days ago by some jerk and had a migraine ever since. His forehead is still a bit swollen. We're moving, in the rain. Moving is expensive and it adds up so fast. We and our new roommate are all working full time, so instead of having full days to pack, unpack, clean we are doing it in shifts depending on who works when. Yesterday H was called into work early so we basically had 3 hours together, and when we were not at the restaurant we were cleaning our old house. And then I waited at the old house for a friend who never showed up to pick up the desk she wanted. I went to bed late and because we are moving and did not to lug food from one house to the other there's not a lot to eat. Grocery shopping tomorrow I hope. His head aching hurts me too, I can't fix it and I hate when he hurts. Ugg. Hamburger helper isn't bad, how was the rest of your day? Ugh you did have a bad day! Sorry about your H. It is hard to see them hurting when you can't do anything. FI had his stent removed yesterday so we spent the morning at the hospital. Then I worked, and my normally 15-20 minute commute took an hour because of traffic. Finally picked up DD from daycare and got home to have some delicious hamburger helper. DD and FI passed out around 8:30, so overall it was super romantic. Oh and FI got a rejection letter from a job he interviewed for. Really, it was a pretty typical V Day for us.

Because bacon is the food of the gods! nsweare - Why not use bacon for everything? Also, bummer that FI was rejected for a job but good that he's recovering. dirrtybutter - Elbowed in the face! Ouch. To any non-bacon lovers, that's ok, you guys are leaving more bacon for me!

To any non-bacon lovers, that's ok, you guys are leaving more bacon for me! Yeah, twice. H says that guy has been complained about for being way too rough, but accidents happen and even though it happened twice he does not think it was intentional. Now that the swelling has gone down, it's turning yellow and brown. He's going to have a face rainbow. He said tons of customers are asking what happened and the " pissed off the wife I see" jokes are inevitable. Haha. I'm just happy his migraine is finally gone! And of course it stopped raining as soon as we were done moving! *grump* Hahaha, poor guy. I'm surprised no one has "accidentally fouled" Mr. Too Rough. A taste of one's own medicine often does wonders. Isn't moving in the rain supposed to be good luck? ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

We had breakfast for dinner last night and I wish I had made extra bacon to bring to work today!
