Progesterone has no bearing at all on whether or not you were going into menopause - that would have to be determined by a follicle count and I think testing your AMH? (Sorry...still drinking my coffee and brain not working).
I'd be willing to bet your doctor is going to suggest that you do ultrasounds to determine your resting follicles and then again post-O to see if you've indeed ovulated. Either that or they may suggest Clomid. If they suggest Clomid and progesterone -- I'd ask for ultrasound and blood work monitoring while taking Clomid just to get a better idea of what exactly is going on with your body.
One thing I've learned through the last couple of years is that a single "snapshot" test isn't really enough to give you a full understanding of what is going on.

@drexelkathy is right; one test is just a snapshot and there are so many factors. I don't think you should worry too much about menopause just yet! Docs test for stuff related to age as you get older... Since I started my journey at 40 I never had a lot of the testing you guys have had. I'm not sure how old you are but related to age, the two most important tests are FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and AMH (anti mullerian hormone) which measures egg quality and ovarian reserve. These are both a part of Day 3 bloodwork, should you get there.
Try to remember that these tests identify stuff that can be addressed. Things aren't necessarily "wrong" or "broken", it's about looking for ways to better your chances. ie. low progesterone? There's a shot for that. Ovaries need a jump start? Clomid will help. Tube blocked? Let's unblock it. The good news is that things CAN be addressed; it's a strategic process. Don't worry! It's all a puzzle to be solved. Hugs!

I haven't talked to a doctor since they are closed on the weekends and I am not sure if they are open on Flag Day. I can get the results via the hospital's client website.
I think I was just overwelmed yesterday between the losing power, the continue of the plumbing issue, and the last minute guests. I worry about menopause since my mom and some of my aunts went into menopause in their late 30's/early 40's.
@drexelkathy - doesn't clomid increase the risk/chance to 1 in 20 to have multiples? If so that is not something I will take, but thank you for the information.

Personally, I think too many doctors just hand out the prescription and don't monitor women taking it...which has led to the higher multiples IMHO. If you're closely monitored via ultrasound...you will know how many follicles (potential eggs) you have and can avoid octomom type situations!

My pregnant friend has already mentioned doing a reveal party, and ugh. Reveals are so obnoxious, I mean there are only 2 options, it's not like they're going to reveal they are having an alien. Now when the couple does something for themselves to find out (like PandPmeant2B) that's cute, and a small cake with grandparents could be nice, but the whole giant production with everyone is just silly.
