@lolo - good luck on your birth prep class tonight.
My first appointment is not until August, so I am living through everyone else's appointment.

@lolo - adding iron = constipation. Be aware!@swimmy1988 - you never got a Doppler after? Not that I heard the heartbeat with mine until around week 13-ish, but knowing I could listen to it whenever made it so much more bearable. snippet17 - waiting for the first appointment feels like forever. After that? You won't believe how quickly they come! Ugh I know. Been battling that here and there anyway. Luckily she said to only take it every other day, so I'm loading up on Raisin Bran on the days in between! I just bought some bran cereal over the weekend since I was experiencing some constipation. Plus I added eating salads more often.

My next appointment is July 28th - just sort of "cruising" right now. Need to contact the MFM and schedule an ultrasound for sometime in August.
I can't believe how fast this pregnancy is flying by!

That is the only reason I didn't have a response. When I throught of replreplying harry already told us the wording seemed bitchy.

I had bloodwork done on Monday, and for the first time ever it was an easy draw. Score one for pregnancy veins? Next Thursday, I have a NT ultrasound, which hopefully H will be able to come to since he wasn't able to be at the dating ultrasound. Then, on the 28th, I have a prenatal appointment.

I had my NT ultrasound today. They ended up doing it internally since I'm only 12 weeks, which is on the early side, and I have some extra padding on my stomach. There was a student sonographer and her instructor, so it was cool to hear them talking. The NT measurement was 1.8 mm, which I think is okay. I was pretty anxious, but it all looked good. We got to see tons, since the teacher seemed to be using me as a chance to show her student different techniques. There was a lot of, "while we're here, why don't I show you xyz?" H was beyond thrilled to actually see it, rather than just the picture like at my dating ultrasound.
