This is a boy-mom problem, with all due respect to the beautiful TH girl babies.
Sam pees on me/us at least once a day while we change his diaper. It totally ruins whatever he is wearing and yesterday he hit himself in the face (which was kind of hilarious).
Any tips for how to help block his pee?? My first instinct is to use my hand, which just gets it all over the changing area.
Hellllp!

They make covers to place on boys for when you change them. Some are really cute and are baseballs or footballs. And I think they make disposable ones too. I know babys r us sells them but somewhere cheaper has to have them.

You can use a wipe or diaper, or a washcloth to cover. Also, point his penis down, that should help too.

Sorry girl moms! I had no idea!
It's just hard to clean him up well with the dirty diaper still under him. I'll keep trying. Maybe I just need practice.

@jennylee - I figured as much. I have only heard of them. My cousin never used it with either of her kids and it was never brought up in my diapering class.
What everyone else said about having the 2nd diaper ready, use a washcloth, etc. is what they covered and talked about in my class last month.
