Ditto about your hubbies adorable comment @sarahufl! Also, regarding whether you *actually* needed that food - I'm currently asking myself that about the three mini cupcakes I just snarfed as a mid-afternoon snack. I think the answer is yes, a definitive yes.

I have a summer birthday so I always missed cupcake day at school but did get to have (very small) pool parties, so it evened out. Then you get old and have to work on your birthday more often than not. Might as well get used to going to school on it! I had a swim party in November, but it was at a YWCA. It was only once, I am not a fan of swimming so I am not sure why I had it. My one friend in grade school (whose birthday is March 14) had a swim party at the YMCA with a magic show. It was over the top IMO back in the early 90's, specially when her mom did not have a lot of money. Oh and I am totally jealous of this bringing cupcakes to school when it is your birthday. No one ever did that when I was in grade school. @sarahufl - That pelvic pain does come and go. For me it left for a full week. Which was so blissful week.

I sometimes didn't go to school on my birthday, only because we would have had a snow day. My kids are summer babies, so they'll miss out on school cupcakes.

I think I need to get cupcakes for all of the birthdays I missed since no one ever gave out cupcakes for birthdays. Which is a lot of cupcakes if you include the year I repeated 1st grade.
My boss at a former employer would get us cakes for birthdays. The kicker I had to share my cake because my birthday is on the 16 and a coworkers birthday is on the 18.

I might be able to justify ice cream cakes for Chipmunchkin's birthdays because she's going to be a summer baby....or figure out a way to make a layer cake with actual cake and ice cream....hmmmmm.....

The issue with me getting a cake is so much would go to waste by the time I would finish it. Which just means everyone has to come here and help me enjoy it.

It is okay! H walked with me to DD and I got donuts. 4 of them. I have not ate all of them yet!

I've started using a cocoa butter lotion on my skin for the stretch marks and dry spots. Now I constantly smell like chocolate. This does nothing for my willpower against the vending machine.

I got two kinds because glazed (which is plain right) and boston creme (which means I am from Boston LMC - two survived. Well I ate one already. I cannot eat much anymore.

I've eaten a cinnamon roll the size of my head for breakfast every day since Saturday.

Omg I wish I had rice Krispy treats right now. Have you tried using crushed Oreos instead of cereal in these? It is life changing. You're ruining my day. I have no Oreos in my office. Worst day of my life. THANKS A LOT. <3

I feel great so far today and I think that's because I haven't stopped eating since the second that I sat down at my desk.
Now I want a bagel @lolo

No. I never heard of this before! Sounds so good. It's seriously the only recipe I won't make unless I'm bringing them somewhere, or I will eat the entire thing myself. linkLook away LMC . Nothing to see here. Do you think it would work with marshmallow fluff? I know rice krispie treats do. Vegetarian friendly marshmallows are expensive.

Also, I haven't had the stuff in 20+ years, but I was the super weird kid who hated the marshmallows and loved the sticky crunchy cereal part of the Lucky Charms.
