Hi ladies! I am having a bit of an internal battle with a couple of transitions for S. He is 14 weeks old and I'm ready to a) slowly start to ween him and b) move him into his own room and into a crib from his rock n play.
I don't think I want to do both of these things at once, right? Or do you think I should just sacrifice one crappy week and jut go for it?
I am in no immediate rush on either of these things, but I want to be able to plan a little bit.
Am I totally insane?

I think he is going yo struggle sleeping flat instead of at the anle I his rock n play. Ugh.
My thought is to out the RNP up in his room for a few nights and have him sleep in there, same routine and white noise machine. Then just throw a few nights sleep out the window and just keep putting him in the crib after that.
Naps are a total crapshoot. Which I didn't mind when he was sleeping 8-9 hours at night. But that's out the window now too. I think we have hit the dreaded four month regression. Wheeee!
