1) 37 weeks, 2 days. 19 days to go till due date! Details on this morning's appointment in the May appointments thread. 2) Chipmunchkin continues to listen to her Daddy more than me (bounces around more when he reads to her, shifts a foot out of my ribs or lungs when he talks to her and asks nicely). Based on the scan today, she has big feet (like I did) and DH's long legs. I'm hoping she doesn't whack me too hard in the stomach in the remaining time frame... 3) Had a dream last night where we got her home and I was able to nurse with no problems. In the dream, I was nursing curled up on the couch, and DH was beside me, arm around my shoulders, watching her and me, and just enjoying quiet time together. 4) I prefer Carvel, but there isn't one anywhere near us. So, DQ it is, for a medium chocolate soft serve cone, dipped in chocolate DH prefers a butterfinger blizzard like his Mom used to get for him and BIL.

1.) 14 weeks, 2nd Trimester 2.) I didn't get sick over the weekend so I was thinking I could be past this morning sickness business, but nope this morning came and so did MS. So who knows. I just hope I start getting some energy back soon. H got me my first Mothers Day card with flowers and a gift card, so that was sweet and unexpected. 3) I have been having weird dreams, but not baby dreams yet. I suck at remember them vividly but every now and then I will remember details. 4) We typically tend to do basic ice cream at home, but every now and then we will go to cold stone. I like Mud Pie Mojo (coffee ice cream, oreo's, peanut butter and chocolate sauce). I have not been there in a long time though. We have a little "mom and pop" ice cream shop in town and their banana chocolate chip is amazing, in a waffle cone

mrsELF6713 welcome to 2nd tri!!! 1. I'm 36 weeks today 2. Dealing with exhaustion, headaches, nausea/reflux, general malaise, can't focus on anything. On the bright side, DH is being sweet because he sees I'm suffering. He's picked up the slack around the house and at night he will hold me and kiss me and say "thank you for putting your body through this so we can have a family" and it makes me cry every time. 3. No baby or pregnancy-related dreams that I can think of - I had way more earlier in the pregnancy. 4. ALL ICE CREAM is simply amazing right now: in the past week I've devoured Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia, JP Licks peanut butter Oreo, and a Five Guys vanilla shake. An ice cold glass of chocolate milk does the same trick. I think I need ice cream for breakfast now.

Quick vent: I talk to my mom on a regular basis, especially now that I'm getting close to my due date. The past 3 times I've initiated the call, she's picked up asking if I'm in labor....Grrrr, NO, I AM NOT. I called DH this morning before he went to work to say hi, (his current schedule shift has him starting at 12:30) and he immediately asked if I'm having contractions. SERIOUSLY?! I have 18 more days before I'm due, calm yo shit down, I have crap to wrap up at work before I have this baby, damn it!
On a lighter note, we bought up the stuff on our registry with our completion discount, plus a few things that didn't qualify for the discount. I'm expecting several boxes of stuff to arrive today. I think the mailman will be cursing our name, hahaha.

chipmunk haha I ordered like 2/3 of the things on our registry this weekend after having a panic attack with my high BP scare last week that I may end up delivering early. It's TONS of stuff because I had not bought anything yet and we basically haven't received any gifts. I received 3 huge heavy boxes yesterday, expecting 5 today, 3 more tomorrow, and few more later in the week. I'm also wondering what the UPS guy is thinking we're up to...

We have an amazon distribution center 20 minutes down the street from us, so even with 2 day Prime shipping, it tends to be delivered by USPS due to it being considered "local". I'm sure the mailman already hates seeing blue and black taped boxes, but this was a HUGE order (when we went through the registry, we found we could add a few other things that we'd planned on getting anyways, but not asked for on registry, such as breast pumping accessories, and they'd qualify for the discount). I just got email alerts that 3 of the "orders" (they had to split it up) have been delivered...one of these orders has 20 items...I can't imagine that was all in one box without some major cursing from the mailman!

I always wonder who delivers the Amazon prime packages. Some of ours seem to come by USPS, some by UPS, and others by a special Amazon delivery van. Well, hopefully all three services do a little bit so they can share the pain of delivering 15 enormous boxes to my house!

2 for 1 photos! New hair cut (aka, the "this takes all of 3 seconds to wash, and 5 to style, perfect for newborn weeks" cut), though a bit messy since the photos are from the end of the work day and I was a bit tired/had mussed it a bit.

so I had my first baby dream last night. It was a girl. She was already about 3 months old. Brown hair/Brown eyes. Considering I am blonde w/ green eyes it caught me off guard, lol. But H is brown hair/brown eyed so there you go. and I pretty much changed her diaper like every 5 minutes it seemed, lol.

Okay, so here it is:
1.) How far along are you? 4 or 5 weeks (I think)
2.) Symptoms, Complaints, Concerns, Sweet Memories, Happy Thoughts? No real symptoms other than I've been feeling off since I got back from Fort Lauderdale. Nothing I could really put my finger on so I checked my tracking app and realized I should have already hit CD1. Tested the day DH left town for his work training and got a BFP (no squinter there). Concerns: the doctor is watching my progesterone level because it's a little low and I'm considered old by child-bearing standards (39 this year).
3) Pregnancy dreams/weird dreams? Not yet
4) Favorite treat from DQ/Cold Stone/Marble Slab/ice cream shoppe of choice? Ice cream, LOL

I slept like utter crap last night- Chipmunchkin had BOTH feet in my stomach, and I got heartburn acid no matter how I tried to reposition myself. Also was up every 2-3 hours for the bathroom.
On one of the few occasions I managed to sleep, I had a HIGHLY realistic dream....where I went to the bathroom, my plug came out, and I had a massive contraction that caused my belly to "drop" (I think I'm still carrying pretty high). In the dream, before I could wake DH, another one hit and I had to turn around to puke in the toilet, with smaller contractions hitting me as I was frantically trying to wake DH up.
It was realistic enough that I'm taking it as a warning- the car seat is getting installed in the car tonight, and the go bag will be in there too. If Chipmunchkin comes early, she comes early, but I don't want to be caught entirely off guard after a dream like that.
