I was just thinking about this today actually. I totally dropped the ball on administering it during my move and early baby fuss. Glad we're bringing it back for August!

Just read through what people have put so far and I'm getting PUMPED! GoneFishing - I looked at your goals and it reminded me that I've been slacking on C25K for too long. I think I'm going to start it over from the beginning and actually push myself to keep up with it this time. choagie42 - your last goal is my favorite Yay! Happy to help with the motivation. choagie42, I also love your last goal!

I don't think it's too late to add to the google doc is it? What is C25K?

minion, nope, not too late at all. C25K is shorthand for Couch to 5k - it's a running program designed to start you off slow and get you trained up to run a 5k, even if you're new to running. It's definitely worth checking out if you're at all interested in running.

kwith & @xcalygrl - That sounds awesome. I have heard of it. I may have to look it up. I am definitely one of those people who hates running, but realized I could get sick of these walks soon and may need something to spice it up. Thank you!

coopergirl, definitely check it out. It's been a really helpful tool for a lot of us to stay on track. Basically you just enter one or more goals for the month, and it tends to help if they're divided weekly. I.e. my goals next month are to hit 70,000 steps per week, weight train twice a week, and do yoga once a week. The spreadsheet also still shows previous months, so you can browse back through to get ideas of how it works / good goals to set. The one thing I've always encouraged is to set food or fitness goals that aren't related to weight loss necessarily. So your goal would be to eat healthy 5 days a week, but not to lose a pound a week. That way if your body isn't cooperating on the scale, you can still work toward a goal and make good progress.

I'll look at that speadsheet again and think of some good goala. Overall I'm having good luck eating clean but I could use some more encouragement. Especially since my last dress fitting is in the next few weeks and I weigh 3 lbs more than I did at the last fitting I'm hoping it's muscle gain. Don't think so because of how tight my clothing fits, though.

Okay, I bit the bullet. I really want to become more aware of what I put in my mouth, and I want it to be more veggies. Hence, my goal is to food journal.

Hey girls. I hope you guys don't mind that I froze row 1 so that when people add their goals if it gets too long we can still what the criteria is.

I added a calorie goal. Honestly, staying under 4 days a week isn't much of a challenge for me now, but as I start focusing more on working out again, I don't want to lose traction on food.

I joined in, hope that's ok! I've been keeping a food journal for a few months (app on my phone) and I've lost 9 lbs since I started. My goal is 40 total by February. So far I've managed to track my food every day, quit diet soda (I had a serious habit), lowered my sodium, and severely limited my takeout (which has been a huge issue). My SO is with me now on the effort, so it's going much more smoothly than it was!

We need a november spreadsheet! I can actually participate this month!
I'd do it myself, but I have no idea how google docs work, and I'm doing good just to get signed up, lol.
