Good morning!
Yesterday wasn't a complete comeback, but I'm headed in the right direction. I went to crossfit in the morning. We did pull ups and 3 position cleans with a jerk as the pre WOD. The WOD was 3 500 meter rowing time trials. I did well with the rowing decreasing my 500 m time by two seconds each round.
In the evening I went for a 3 mile run. The run felt a lot like a struggle. I didn't wear my GPS so I have no idea what my pace was. I was experiencing some soreness/pain in my hip flexor area again. I hoped it would be gone since I haven't run since the half marathon.
Food left a bit to be desired. I was only over by 12 calories according to MFP but I ate easter candy and cake. The cake is gone and the remaining candy has to be trashed because I will keep eating it.
Today I am feeling off. I'm not really sure why or what's causing it but I feel like something isn't quite right with my body. My workout felt super hard and now I just feel a little sluggish but not really tired. It's just strange.

Morning!
Yesterday was meh. I didn't finish entering everything on MFP but I know I was over by quite a bit. Today should be much better since I'll workout tonight, am making chicken fajitas for dinner, and lunch will be some lame frozen meal or progresso since I am out of leftovers.
