Hey ladies! So glad it's Friday.
Yesterday I made it to crossfit but I felt like I kind of phones it in. My stomach wasn't feeling good so I just did what I could.
Food was under calories but I ate Taco Bell for lunch (maybe the cause of the stomach problem). I ended up having ginger ale and jello for dinner.
Planning to go to crossfit tonight and maybe get in a short run.

TGIF! I hope your stomach feels better today NonosG, being under is great and all but not when its from feeling icky. Yesterday was OK, I skipped my intended walk but was under on food. Today is unknown, breakfast and lunch will be good but Friday nights are hard to predict- could be healthy salmon at home, or could be bar food at a happy hour.
