Easter candy can be evil like that.
Exercise: "Wogged" 2.5 miles yesterday, and after my warm up ran for 7 minutes! I think that's a record for me, although I paid for it further into the workout. Tonight will be bowling which I don't enter on MFP but I know still helps a bit.
Food: Under, but had more wine than I probably should have. Today should be good, since H can't make bowling tonight due to some workish thing I'll be able to eat leftovers instead of succumbing to a drive thru with him.

Hi ladies. I'm feeling blah and kind of uncommitted lately. When I was training for my half marathon and doing the crossfit open I felt so committed. I rarely missed a workout and my eating habits were pretty consistent. Over the last three weeks I feel like I've been all over the place. I've still been working out almost daily, but I've been running less and I just had a lot of days I don't feel good. I need to figure out how to balance again now that there is nothing specific on the calendar that I'm 'training' for. Yesterday was decent. I did crossfit in the morning and my food was spot on. I did not like my dinner but ate it anyway... I brought it for lunch today but threw it out and got a sub instead. entropicbeauty - My mood today says 'Easter candy please'. annathy03 - Nice work with your WOG! 7 minutes is great, it will take time to get that without messing up the later part of your run. You are doing great.

Afternoon everyone! It's been a busy work day here. Yesterday was ok for food. I ended up snacking a little bit, but was only about 50 calories over. I slept through my planned morning workout and didn't get anything in at night. I was also supposed to wake up for a morning workout this morning, but I had one of those nights where I just could not get to sleep... I think I ended up getting to sleep around 230, so a 6am wakeup just was not happening for me. Hoping to get out biking in this beautiful weather today. entropicbeauty - ugh, clearance easter candy is the devil. Mini eggs are staring me in the face every single time I walk to the checkout... my willpower gets weaker every time. annathy03 Nice work with the "WOG"! NonosG I think it will take some time to get back in a rhythm again after you were training so hard - and that's not a bad thing! You can plan out your next goals, even if they aren't event related. @swimmy1988 - YUM! Did you get those nutella pastries at Timmies? I heard about them but I'm not sure if they've rolled them out near me yet... if they have it will be dangerous.

jaenella - I hate those nights when sleep is hard. Especially when I have a morning workout planned. Hope you get a bike ride in! Guys I need to make sure my H does not find out about these Nutella goods at Timmies! He's crazy for donuts and Nutella...
