I actually did something worth reporting! Yesterday I made myself a nice, healthy dinner. Scallop and asparagus Alfredo from cooking light. I was not impressed with the Alfredo recipe and ended up throwing the sauce out. The scallops were delicious though. I snacked a bit too much yesterday when I got home because I was so hungry. Cheese and crackers while I was cooking dinner.
I started to do my strength training routine, but felt like cardio so I went for my first run of the year. I'm not sure what the distance was, but I'd guess 2 miles and I walked about half of it.
Today I'm planning on either another ru n (if my allergies aren't awful this evening) or yoga. I'm not sure what's for dinner tonight. Probably left overs.

Nice work winelover123! That dinner sounds delicious. entropicbeauty - Ya know, from what I hear, 8 months of pregnancy is a pretty decent excuse Yesterday was okay - I snacked a bit more than I had meant to so ended up a bit over on calories, but ate healthy and delicious otherwise - pulled chicken on salad for lunch and steak with brown rice and broccoli for dinner. We tried costco steaks for the first time - they were some of the best steaks I've ever had, I think! I biked again last night; it was pretty short but I almost talked myself out of it so I'm counting even a 20 min bike to be a win for my willpower. Also, I got dental work done last week, at a new dentist. I'm not so sure about what he did - he replaced two fillings, but now both teeth are really sensitive to heat and cold, and I think he filed some of the middle out of the back tooth so it's like... an inverted U shape. It's weirding me out to touch my own tooth now.

Hi ladies! Not much good to report from yesterday. I ate a bunch of junk food and ended up skipping crossfit in favor of cleaning the house. My ILs are coming for the weekend and I don't think our house has been cleaned in 2 weeks. So the house is cleaned, a bunch of laundry was done and put away, I also organized the hall closet that has been driving me insane for awhile. What's funny is I now feel way better than I have in the last two weeks and I slept great. I always do better when stuff is clean and organized but I didn't realize how much it has been weighing on me.
I did get to crossfit this morning. The workout was a benchmark, one of 'the girls', Nancy. It's 5 rounds of the following for time; 400m run & 15 overhead squats, with a 25 minute time cap. I finished in 19:07. I was very pleased with that! Tonight I'm planning a 2-3 mile run.

Happy Friday Eve!
Yesteday was pretty good, I managed to get a quick workout in before my dinner where I ordered the scallops and stayed away from the bread bowl. Corporate dude ordered fried frog legs as an appetizer for the table so I tried those; as I expected it tasted basically like chicken. MFP had me at just under but I think I was probably slightly over since the nutrition I found for my dinner on there felt a little light on the butter.
Today breakfast and lunch should be pretty good again, dinner is with some girlfriends so that may be over but I'll try to keep it close.
