Yesterday was pretty good for me! Food was all on track. I adjusted my macros to 30/30/40 a while ago and I'm finding it's really working for me - the higher protein and higher fat content is keeping me more full. I also upped my calories by just 100, and I'm amazed at the difference it's making in how satisfied I feel with what I'm eating!
Fit in a quick workout yesterday, and I'm hoping it will stop raining long enough for me to go biking today.

Yesterday was meh for me. My stomach felt a little off so I was under on calories but didn't work out at all. Hopefully I'm not getting sick, I don't feel bad otherwise and plus ain't nobody got time for that! Tonight will be bowling and food will depend on if H drives to a place with custard or ice cream between the alley and home

Yesterday was pretty good for me. I didn't end up getting to crossfit because we were supposed to have a new garage door installed today and we had to move some things around in the garage to make room. This also gave me time to prep some food for the week so I am feeling better about keeping on track with food. Sadly H just texted me the garage door is missing parts, so it won't be installed today Food would have been nearly perfect if it weren't for that last piece of birthday cake I just had to eat. This morning I did crossfit and I'm meeting some friends for a run later. So far food is good but we are having birthday cake at work today. I just can't get away from the cake!
