Good morning, everyone! One more day until Friday. Yesterday was good. Did a workout and my shoulders are killing me this morning, which tells me I worked hard! Food was pretty good - I avoided snacking on unhealthy food, but I could not be bothered to make a real dinner so instead we had chicken noodle soup with crackers and cheese. Still stayed on track with calories and macros though! Supposed to be biking tonight but there's still snow on the ground, so I'll either bike indoors or go swimming.

Yesterday was another food fail. I wanted to eat everything, I don't know why but I felt sooooo hungry. I did okay eating healthy things throughout the day, though I consumed more than I planned. I ended up going to dinner with a couple of friends. I choose a salad but had two pineapple upside down cake martinis that did nothing for my calorie count. I think I'm just giving myself a pass this week, I have book club tomorrow which will be more alcohol. I need to get myself back together this weekend At least I went to crossfit yesterday! So there's a win, right?

Morning! Good job getting your workouts in you guys! Mine was a fail again, I was looking forward to using my bike and got it out of the garage only to realize the front tire was completely flat and I couldn't find a pump. On the bright side I was under on calories.
