Morning ladies! (Yes, it's still morning here) Yesterday was good, I was under on food and went bowling. I'm going to try to work out today for real, we'll see how it goes

I totally posted this in the wrong thread!
Yesterday wasn't great food-wise. I went out to lunch with my coworkers and had 2 slices of pizza and soda. When I got home I snacked on chips and dip. Dinner was good though. Iade chicken breasts topped with basil and cheese and garlic broccoli.
I did 20 minutes of yoga. I didn't make it through my whole routine because H and I were going to go to the gym when he got home. However, the gym didn't actually happen - it was closed due to the riots. I understand why it was closed (there were rumors of planned 'purging' - that's what they're calling the looting - in our area) but it certainly put a damper on my exercise plans. I'm glad I did the yoga before because I was not in the mood to exercise after that. Its been a tough week. I'm hoping that the gym is open tonight.

@gildedcoyote - ugh, I hate it when you eat too late to workout! entropicbeauty - nice job on the steps! annathy03 - I would consider bowling a light work out :-D
