Morning! I was good again on calories yesterday, but left work late and didn't want to alter my cooking plans so skipped the workout. I made this and altered to be a little heavier on the veggies/broth and lighter on the cheese/butter so it's not too naughty but still comfort food. Food should be good today and I'll try to get in a walk. Maybe if I aim for just activity instead of a "workout" it'll actually happen. ETA: @gildedcoyote stupid meatheads. You have just as much right to the gym and equipment as they do, and I'll come blow a gasket for you.
