Good morning
I hope it is okay I start this after being away for so long. Yesterday was a win for me. I was under my calories by 12. My dinner was cut up chicken breast in southwest seasoning, sautéed with onions over medium heat with brown rice and salsa over it. It was amazing! I called it low carb fajita night... H went along with it so double win!
I went to the gym with every intention of attempting to get back into lifting and a small amount of cardio BUT I found a new Law and Order I haven't seen and did 60 minutes of cardio without noticing I was working out. I burned over 400 calories and did a little over 3 miles... So I will that's a win too. Today is arms and cardio.
Meals are set and I am ready to tackle the day... With lunch being my favorite meal! Happy Hump Day!

Morning! Work has been nuts, but at least the workdays are going fast lately Yesterday was good, I came in a touch under goal not counting bowling, it was position night and we won 5/7 points so we shouldn't drop any spots. Today should be pretty good as well, I'm planning on a light workout (walking probably) and food should be reasonably healthy.
