Good morning ladies
I am feeling pretty tired the last two days... I think it was because I added lifting back in on Wednesday. I did arms and shoulders Wednesday and I am still sore today. Thursday, I did legs and cardio... My legs are tired but not sore. I am hoping it is because they are stronger than my arms and not because I did not do enough at the gym. Food for Thursday was right on point. Over on sodium but I think I did great for two meals out. Lunch was a cobb salad with dressing on the side and dinner was Pollo Tropical grilled chicken and veggies, no carbs.
Workout today will be cardio. I am going to see if I have enough time to squeeze in an ab workout in... But I am sore and I will see how I feel after cardio. Meals are planned out for the day including dinner out with H to an Italian restaurant... I might be a tad over in calories but I am trying not to get too down about it. My MIL gets into town on Tuesday of next week so H and I are having a date night before she gets here... She will be here for 3 weeks and I will have zero alone time with him.

Morning (at least here)!
Yesterday was OK, I went slightly over but not drastically. Today I'm being good for breakfast/lunch since dinner will probably be bar food before going to the wine + paint event for my friends birthday.
I doubt much exercise will happen this weekend as busy as it's looking, but I'm going to try and maker good food choices for most of it.
