Hey there engr0308, sorry you were sick! Getting back into the swing of things is hard, now that I have shoes that support my heel properly I'm running again, but man the couch is more tempting than ever. Yesterday was good, I was right at my calorie goal for a nonworkout day but was under since I did 2 miles + warmup/cooldown. Running went well too, I was able to run 3/4 of a mile without walking and then another 1/2 mile! I think it went 0.2 warmup, .75 run, .2 walk, .5 run, .2 walk, .35 run, cooldown, which is probably my best so far. I'll "wog" again on Thursday but not this weekend, we're also OOT for the long weekend.
