I have to check this book out. I like lifting, but I have a hard time putting my own sequences together.
Great job on the workout and food planning!

Yesterday was really good for me, I was under my calorie goal pretty significantly. Running went great I RAN A MILE STRAIGHT (!!) and wogged the rest of a 5k with mostly run .25/walk .1 mile intervals. Today food is planned out and should be under goal. No workout planned until tomorrow, but I am planning to spend some time organizing my closet and that usually leads to some impromptu dancing (can't organize without music!)
