Happy Friday! I stayed up way too late last night so I'm running on coffee today. Any weekend plans? I have a dentist appointment and girls night tomorrow. H and I may go out with friends tonight, but it depends on just how dead we feel this evening. H has been working really long hours and has to work this weekend I went to yoga again last night. It was an interesting class and I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow. I'm definitely getting a lot out of yoga classes, so I think I'm going to stick with them. After my trial membership is up I found out that they have a community class on Fridays for $5, so I'll be able to go at least once a week! Food was really under - I just wasn't hungry. Today I'm doing the 30 day shred when I get home.

entropicbeauty - ugh it was waaay too early today. I'm contemplating a nap when I get home :-D nice job on keeping it close to/at maintanence with baby shower yummies! I know some people hate leather couches, but they're seriously the best (imo) because you can wipe them down so easily. Hope you love your sectional! @emfcc67 - 9k steps on a rest day?? Girl, that is awesome! @eba1012 - ugh sorry to hear about the allergies/col/asthma. I know my asthma is definitely linked to my allergies. If the pollen count is too high, I can't run outside and this year has been awful for allergies. Take it easy and I hope you feel better soon! eas1223 - wow you're a fast runner! That's a pretty nifty idea behind your gym and the name now makes sense to me :-D it sounds like they designed the workout to get the most out of a (relatively) short period of time, which is awesome. Definitely give the 30 day shred a go - its not my usual style workout, but its pretty enjoyable. Yesterday's yoga class was supposed to be 1.25 hrs and turned out to be 1.75 hours (no complaints about that! Give me the most I can get for my money!). It was awesome but omg my legs were sooo sore walking up the mountain of a hill to my office. Today's workout may just be a core yoga workout - something that doesn't deal with the legs too much!
