entropicbeauty I agree with eba1012 and efmcc67, 10 pounds is great and everyone is a bit different. You're making good choices and taking care of yourself, the rest will follow. I didn't track everything yesterday but feel like it was an OK day and probably came in under maintenance if I had to guess (over on fat I'm sure, made that avocado pasta for dinner so at least it was lots of healthy fats). No workout, I picked and washed my interview outfit and watched the finale of OITNB. Today should be reasonably healthy, food is planned out and I have a little wiggle room before hitting my target.
