Tuesday = halfway through my week. I had a hell of a commute home yesterday - someone decided it would be a good idea to run full steam ahead into a train car full of people (versus waiting for the next one that would have arrived in two minutes) and ran me over. Then I was in a train car with a very rowdy group for 45 minutes. I had wine when I got home.
Exercise did not happen yesterday and I was over on calories by about 200. It's not the worst considering dinner was tortellini, brownies and wine, but I'm not pleased with myself either. I'm determined to do some sort of exercise this evening.

winelover123 how obnoxious, I would have indulged too. entropicbeauty look at you kickin' ass even on a splurge weekend! eba1012 and efmcc67 good job staying under! Yesterday I made myself get on the treadmill, I intended to walk since I've been out of the routine but ended up alternated between walking and running. Since I was planning to walk the first 20 minutes I had it at a 3% incline which wore me OUT running, when I realized that might be why I couldn't run much I put it back down but I was already kaput. Food was under but not by much, I drank most of my workout calories No workout planned today, food is planned out to be right on track if I can avoid the snacking.

I did ok on the eating better part yesterday, but only biked to and from work. I did decide on trying out that 21 Day Fix Extreme thing, so we'll see how that goes. Hopefully it'll be the solution to my "I don't want to work out at lunch time because showering 3 times a day is hard" excuse.
