I haven't worked out this week but I have biked to and from work everyday. I've also done an ok job eating better. I haven't made amazingly healthy choices, but I've cooked dinner every night and taken leftovers in to work for lunch. I've also managed to avoid snacking and soda and only hit up the candy jar once.

I did not work out yesterday, we left a little late and between packing* and making dinner it just wasn't fitting in.
On the bright side I wasn't very hungry, so while I was safely over the 1200 minimum (it actually only yells at me below 1000- which only happened the day we found out Lucy had cancer- but I don't feel like that's enough so I make sure I get 1200) I was substantially under goal.
*I have a personal development seminar this weekend. It's in town but since H is out of town (for his mom's birthday) I'm staying at a friends house to avoid coming home to an empty one, plus friends is slightly closer to the training location. Seminar means no workouts this weekend either, they run from like 9 am to midnight to keep them as few days as possible for out of towners/PTO so I won't have any time for that.

The first bolded sounds like a workout to me! I tried to bike to my carpool location once. I need to fix my bike tire, it was flat the last time I went to go for a ride just around for fun. To the second, basically anything you make at home is healthier than out, and avoiding soda is HUGE, great job! eas1223 sounds like you deserve a rest day indeed! Good luck with your step goal
