This week feel like it has flown by for me! H is OOT for work training so I get the whole house to myself. I definitely exercise more when he's not around, I've noticed.
So far this week has been very good. I've done yoga once and have taken nice, long walks to get some cardio in. I haven't run in forever so I'm taking it slow with some fast paced walking. Food has been (mostly) spot on and I've lost an inch in my waist. Yesterday was a walk day - I think I walked about 2.5 miles. Food was a tad over with 2 glasses of wine and a gyro for lunch.
Today I may meet up with H after work for a drink, but its still a maybe. If we don't meet up, I plan on doing level 2 of the 30 day shred.

Food was good yesterday, and should be good today as well. I haven't worked out yet this week but am ON IT tonight. Treadmill walking at a minimum
