And thank goodness for that. This week has actually flown by but I'm still exhausted and looking forward to a little R&R this weekend. I'm going to a bridal shower tomorrow and hopefully hiking at some point, what are you guys planning for the weekend? Yesterday was good on food and working out, I got on the treadmill and alternated running/walking. Definitely have lost some endurance from a month ago but I'm hopeful it will return faster than it took to build up initially. Food I had zucchini noodles for the healthy part of dinner and followed it with wine and cheese
