Hey guys! Glad to have you back engr0308, and great job on activity efmcc67! Hiking Saturday was a success, I'm still sore. Today will be a rest day b/c of the interview so I plan to workout tomorrow. Since the second half of the program I'm doing starts Thursday morning that will probably be it for the week, so I'll have to be mindful with food. My weight has been swinging, this weekend I got the lowest number I'd seen, but then this morning I was right back to my current MFP weight. Oh well.

eas1223 nope, it's a personal development program, and they cram in as much to the time they have so I won't have any free time to work out Thurs-Sun. And thanks for the luck, I plan to bring all of it with me! I'm sorry your fitbit died, that's frustrating.

engr0308 - its OK to fall off the GIS wagon - sometimes other things in life need to come first. Nice job on meal planning - that's a good first step! efmcc67 - congrats on the weight loss! annathy03 - ugh, weight swings are awful. I like to just take the lowest number to make myself feel better. Glad the hike was fun and it sounds like a really good workout! @eba1012 - nice job on staying under even with desserts! eas1223 - oh no! Can you manually record your workout? (I'm not sure if you have an HR monitor or anything too). That sucks that it died halfway through your workout. This weekend was a mix of good and bad. Saturday I went to a beer and wine fest. I did even bother tracking because I know I was waaaay over. Steps were dismal as well. Yesterday I was over thanks to a burger and beer at lunch. H and I played doubles tennis with BIL and his wife and then I went on a mile run after, so I was only over by 150-ish. I got a 9:30 mile (awesome for me), so I'm feeling good. Tonight is going to be some power yoga. My plan is to alternate cardio and strength to try and lose my extra inches faster. I'm starting to think about tracking macros, but I've never done it before so I feel like it will be slow to start. Does anyone have any advice on macro counting?
