Hey! I've just been busy with the personal development stuff so haven't been on as much. I've been slacking GIS wise without a 5k or something hard lined to motivate me, but I will be on the treadmill today. Seriously give me crap tomorrow if I bail. Food has been pretty good, I haven't been tracking much but I've been making good choices and feel good about what I've been eating. efmcc67 I feel you on that, I've had days where I enter everything and go "oooh. I didn't think it would be that much" especially if I'm eating something that isn't in my normal rotation since I know the details on those reasonably well now. eas1223 you've got this, and great job kicking ass on the workouts!

I treadmilled yesterday! I don't know exactly how far I went or what I burned because I flailed my arms enough at one point to clip the emergency thing off it's magnet holder, but I got about 2 miles of "wogging" in over half an hour. entropicbeauty I may have said this before but I love the name Lorelai and it makes me so happy to see it in your siggy and her in your avatar <3

Hi hi! I've been drowning in work as well and as a result, been sleeping on the train instead of getting on here. I track because I like to know exactly what I'm eating and if its working out. I've had to play with my calorie goal a little, so that makes it easier for me to track right now too. I want to seewhat is going to work! I usually input my food two times - after lunch and the next morning.
