Omg I'm so happy it is Friday. I really, really wanted to sleep in today. I had 2 glasses of wine last night (and a very small glass of whiskey) and I'm pretty sure I'm hung over. Uuuuuuugh.
Food lately has been good - I've been under or at my goal and I've been working out. I've decided to try not eating back my exercise calories and just stick with my goal. The weight this time around is being very stubborn about coming off. Does anyone else do this?
Yesterday I was under my goal a little and went for a 1.5 mile run. The run was awful and I ended up hurting my knee and hip. It just wasn't a great day yesterday. After my run I did about 15 min of light yoga to get some core work in and stretch. I really need to find another yoga studio, so I'm going to Groupon and hopefully something good will be on there! This is when I miss my old gym - it had awesome yoga, but was pretty expensive. One day we'll be memebers again!
