Yesterday was pretty good, I got on the treadmill and while I only walked it was better than nothing. I also got all sweaty putting my new-to-me desk together which was unfortunately after my shower. Food was reasonable, light breakfast/lunch and a healthy but large portioned dinner and a few glasses of wine.
Today should be pretty good, leftover oven fajitas for lunch and honey glazed pork chops with spinach for dinner. The only risk is happy hour which I may go to get me out of the house for a bit. No formal workout but I'm trying to get the office complete today minus wall decor.
