Hi all! I've been super busy lately, but will hopefully get to post some more. Halloween wasn't too bad for me, but I keep swinging between doing really well one week and terribly the next. I need a good middle ground! I'm still doing yoga and the 30 day shred, but just can't get back into running. Like everyone else, the motivation factor is lacking lately for me. @jennylee - good luck in convincing your H to get a home gym! Those are definitely the best, IMO! And congrats on your baby!! entropicbeauty - I can't remember, do you like workout DVDs? If you can find some you enjoy, those can be a good in place of a gym membership.
