So first off, Happy 2016 ladies! I'm back to work from maternity leave and it's time I kick the last few extra pounds that are still hanging on. I'm technically only 3lbs from pre-pregnancy weight, but somehow my body is just bigger and old clothes do not fit. So I'm here to eat healthy and start being more active! I've just cut out dairy due to baby g's probable milk intolerance so hopefully that helps a bit. engr0308 don't be depressed about 30! I'm close behind you, turning 30 in November and trying to embrace it. Do something super awesome to celebrate. We're planning a trip to New Orleans for mine! @gildedcoyote that program sounds intense, but great! and yay that you're already reaping the rewards of your healthful choices! eas1223 my latest fitbit broke like a year and a half ago and I still haven't gotten a new one. totally makes a difference though so I need to get a new one and get off my butt! entropicbeauty definitely rest and take care of your back!
