Well by the end of last week I had lost a pound! It felt good to have meals planned for the week and definitely kept me on track.
Unfortunately Sunday I took the Superbowl as an opportunity to make a bunch of junk food. My stomach did not agree with it. Woke up in the middle of the night with a rumbling stomach, threw up, and couldn't go back to sleep for a few hours. I even stayed home from work yesterday.
Still managed to go for a walk last night after some major daytime napping though and I'm feeling better and back on track today.
Goals for the week are to walk every night and stay away from all fried food.
