This weekend was mostly a bust. Drank and ate a lot since we were on vacation. We were fairly active though, went for a couple of walks and got to play in the snow with Baby G. Back on track today though! The weather is gorgeous outside so H and I plan to take G for a nice walk tonight and I'm trying to think of something delicious and healthy to cook for dinner tonight.
Goals for the week are to go for a walk every day and to cook dinner every week night. We're going to Sonoma this weekend to check out some Breweries for H's birthday (it's a surprise for him) and I'm hoping we'll do some grocery shopping and cook a few healthy meals (staying in an AirBnB) and practice moderation when we go out.
