Hey Y'all. Long time, no talk. I have been on hiatus from TH @gildedcoyote, sounds like you have a great plan for when H is gone! Congrats on the lbs. being gone!! Woohoo. ravenclanna, congrats on the run. I wish they "counted". LOL. I hate when my tracker dies too. engr0308, hope you made it to spin class on lunch How did everyone do over the weekend? *** I did great this weekend. Since joining WW in Jan., H and I are really doing it together for the first time ever. Food was good. Workout was great. Sunday was an active rest day. I miss the check in's here. What's on your GIS schedule this week? *** schedule varies but 128 ox of water a day. At or under on points for WW. 5 work outs this week. What is your biggest GIS stumbling block? *** My biggest stumble is not eating enough before my workout and getting sick before I complete my workout. I have a new plan for that Any AWs/NSVs/Feats of Strength? *** Nothing new here. Just doing what I can.

I have been well GIS wise... H and I finally joined WW and we are doing it together. We push each other on hard days and celebrate everything we accomplish. It has been a huge turn around for him and I am finding it so much easier having someone on my side. Personally, I am good. Vacation in 58 days... Just holding out for two weeks off work. It is the same ol' same ol' for me. Get up, work, work out, sleep. I will have fun when I get vacation.
Catch me up on y'all life. I miss this place. I miss the accountability and miss having someone besides H to talk to about anything

Welcome back, nikegrl688 !!! Have you done WW in the past and if so, how are you like the new SmartPoints? It sounds like the two of you are rocking it! I did a 4.5 mile run this morning on the treadmill and am going to try to go on a 30 min walk this afternoon. Just getting out and walking during a break really helps my mental state. I have my WW weigh-in today at noon and since I came in under goal last week, I'm really hoping I can do it again today. We did WW from Oct to Nov and fell off in Dec. I like the new smart points. A lot of my food went up but I am getting so many fit points... I love the new program. I was only on the old way for 2 months but I like this. I feel like this is a life thing for me, not a fad or something I couldn't do for long term.
Great run today!! And good luck at WW!!! I am sure you will do fantastic. I found walking in the morning before work and at lunch has changed my whole personality at work. I am glad it helps your mental state too!

ravenclanna I really think that we'd be into an acceptable range if we did that. I'm going to have to wake up so early to run before work. Honestly? As much as the waking up early part sucks, I've been loving working out in the mornings. I find I get so much more done and have so much more energy! What time do you guys get up to work out?

What time do you guys get up to work out? 4:20ish when we're doing weights, 5ish when we're running Ok... So I thought I got up early. WOW. You ladies are rock stars! I think I like working out a night better I wear myself out at the gym and I sleep better.
