1. What's the plan for this week? - Plan is gym 4 days this week. Cardio 2 days, cardio and weights 2 days. Active but rest weekend. 10 K minimum daily.
2. Any goals/areas of concentration this week? -I did not lose nearly what I expected this week so I need to be mindful of snacking and dinner. Goal is to keep my sanity at work.
3. AWs/NSVs/successes? -Nothing here.
4. What fitness "thing" would you love to try, but haven't yet? -I want to try cross fit still. But that costs a bit much here. I cant swing it before vacation. Maybe a hot yoga class.
@gildedcoyote, Good luck with C25K this week. I am restarting week one for the third week. I have such a hard time controlling my breathing. You will do fantastic this week. I want to Google Barre. I am not sure what it is. Thanks for something to look into.
@bellaluna, Good luck with the snacking. I am sure you will find some healthy snacks to keep around for the cravings. Let me know if you think of something new to keep. I am always looking for new snacks.

1. What's the plan for this week? No fried food. Eat dinner at home every night. Go for walks when it's not raining.
2. Any goals/areas of concentration this week? I've been eating like crap so I just want to get back on track. Yesterday my mom was babysitting my nephew and they brought over McDonald's for lunch. I prepared broccoli and grilled chicken for Baby G and sat next to her eating McNuggets and Fries. I need to be eating what she's eating!
3. AWs/NSVs/successes? No real successes at the moment. We did go for a good walk yesterday but that's about it.
I did finally order my Fitbit Alta. They're supposed to be released this month, hopefully it's soon! My H and I also started looking at treadmills and want to get one ASAP so I won't have any excuses not to get in a quick run anymore.
4. What fitness "thing" would you love to try, but haven't yet? I'd love to try out Barre too. I was just looking at the Pure Barre website yesterday actually. It's so pricey though I'll never try it out unless there's a groupon.
Also, I feel like a dummy because I've been reading it as 'bar-ray' forever and apparently it's just 'bar'.

eas1223, What gym do you use? Is it easy to get to the weights? I know some days I just prefer cardio but I force myself to lift 2 or 3 days too. Good luck. I am sure you will get it started. kristenkay, Congrats on the ordering the Fitibt. Please fill us in when you get it. I haven't looked into it but I am curious now. Great job on getting the walk in. Something is always better than nothing. @jennylee, Congras on the 30 minutes of activity!!!! You are doing so well. I wouldn't worry too much about the weight. It will go down... especially with you getting the activity in and yoga! You got this.

I'll definitely report back when I get my alta.
I had to look up NROL4W, Orange Theory, and SUP...add them all to the list of workouts I should try out.
