Hey Crazy Ladies! I have had stress on top of stress on top of stress last week and going into today so I am hoping you all take my mind off stuff. @jennylee , I love the breaking it down in 5 pounds. That is an excellent goal and great way to work towards the ultimate 40. Great work. Do you plan to reward yourself at each small goal made? Maybe a hour of quiet time or short walk to clear your mind and reflect? @gildedcoyote , Preach about no spring!! It was mid 80 here. I get summer or summer. Where are you located again? @bellaluna, I am sure you will hit your goal this week and not gain. I think you will find ways to be more active even with H coming back in. You got it this week!! efmcc67 , Good luck with the MFP. I find it so easy to use? Do you have it on your to do list like the week to week goal so you can cross it off?

1. What's the plan for this week? M: Gym 4 days, 100 oz water daily, 3 k calorie burn 6 days this week. Control my cheat on Sunday.
2. RAWVs? Put 'em here Nothing here again....
3. Any long term goals? Do you break them into smaller chunks to make it easier, or focus on the big picture? I break my goals into day by day. I have a goal I want to hit daily. Water, gym, cal burn, WW points.... The scale is not my friend so I do not base my goal on that anymore. My ultimate goal is to be 190 by my cruise in 46 days. I am close....
Random:
Is it spring where you are??? What is spring? I have summer and Summer. Mid 80's here.

nikegrl688 Houston. If we have 90 in March I'm terrified of what August will bring. Same here. It will be miserable for both of us is all I know!! I am lucky with the wind though being surround by water. That is the only plus side.

nikegrl688 - the plan always seems to be a reward, but it never actually happens. I can't just scoot over to the mall and buy a new shirt or anything... 100oz of water a day??? I'd have to live in the bathroom! Go you! I hope that your stress settles soon. Can you tailor your goals to your life? My go to is a Mani / pedi but I know that may not work for you. Maybe have H take the kids for an hour and you get peace and quiet to write or read? Maybe you get to go for a walk to clear your mind and focus on the great accomplishment you hit? I mean, I know it is freezing but you should get to reward yourself for the hard work you put in.
And I do live in the bathroom.... It is a running joke I am in there more than at my desk. LOL

nikegrl688 , yep. At the beginning of the week, I make a list of goals (both GIS and non-GIS). It includes the number of days I want to exercise, and the number I days I want to finish my MFP log under my calorie goal. Every day, I hit the goal, I make a tally, and check it off when I hit my goal. It helps with self-accountability. Last week, I finished under goal 4/7 days, and lost 1.5 pounds. MFP works really well for me, but only when I do it. I can be really bad about letting it slip. The great thing is though you see that you can let it slip and admit it so change it. Maybe put it on your to do list Mondays through Friday. I know the weekend was the hardest for me but once I did the week, It was easy for me to add the weekend. Small goals just like working out and losing weight. I am sure you will come up with something that works for you. You are doing great... 1.5 is AMAZING!!! CONGRATS.

Hey ladies
How are we doing on this weeks goals? Mine were;
1. What's the plan for this week? Gym 4 days, 100 oz water daily, 3 k calorie burn 6 days this week. Control my cheat on Sunday.
I missed the gym two days this week but I can still get my 4 days. Water slipped two days but I am correcting it. 3 K was missed one day this week so far.
