1. What's the plan for the week? Cook and eat healthy meals, walk every day, shoot for 10K steps/day, and get on the elliptical for 30 minutes at least 3 times this week.
2. Highs/lows? We went on walks most evenings last week, a couple during my workdays, and H got us a free elliptical yesterday that's in great condition! I didn't make it to 10K steps a single day this past week. 9K one day and I had to jog in place to get that. I'm hoping that having the elliptical will help out. Why the hell is it so hard to get to 10K steps!?
3. Favourite part of spring (if it exists where you live)? The beginning of longer daylight. I'm soooo much more motivated when there's plenty of daylight after I get home and the weather is nicer.
Random:
Hair: long, short or in-between? What's your favourite, and does your SO's opinion make a difference to you? My hair is incredibly long right now out of sheer laziness. But it definitely does look better long. It's very thick and has some wave to it so when it's longer it's weighed down a bit more and I can let it air dry and get a beachy wave look. I also get great easy top knots at this length. It looks much poofier when it's short and I really have to style it if I want it to look nice. I think my H would still tell me I was beautiful even if I shaved all of my hair off.
