Hope everyone's week is off to a good start and looking better than last week!
Every day has been different for me.
Since we've weaned Baby G from night feedings I don't think I'm as hungry in the morning anymore and I'm also getting better sleep. We've been going on walks on nights that we're free and I've been using our elliptical some nights, but things are just super busy here and I know I need to stop over-committing myself.
I've really had my heart set on losing the last few pounds of baby weight before Gianna's first birthday (on the 22nd) and I'm scared to step on the scale and see where I'm at now. I was 5lbs away last time I did. I'm planning to cut out a lot of carbs starting next Monday (no bread, pasta, tortillas, chips, etc) so hopefully that will be the jump start I need to start meal planning more and just eat healthier overall.
