T is doing great. Last week confused her a little due to my MIL watching her Tuesday and Wednesday since h was out of town and my schedule doesn't work with daycares. She is really going to be confused the week daycare is closed. My mom will be watching her for three days and my MIL will be watching her for two. T is now liking the swing at the house again as long as it goes slow. She also likelike a octosnauts. I forgot age 3 months on the 12th. No appointment this month so I won't know her weight or measurements until next month. As of last weekend we started level 2 nipples. Still at 4 oz per feeding 6-7 times a day. Once in a while there is a 5 oz fedding. Pdq pictures. In her swing watching cartoons. Toothless smiles On our couch sitting against my pregnancy pillow. Holding her newest rattle.

Oh goody, I get to play this month!!! Ian is 14 days old and doing well. I'm obsessing slightly over his weight gain because he was such a tiny peanut. He was nearly half a pound over his birth weight at his pedi appointment on Friday (at 11 days old), which made me happy. But that still puts him an ounce shy of 6 pounds. I just hope he can keep up the trend. Breastfeeding has been relatively easy for us, which is a blessing, though he feeds CONSTANTLY and I'm exhausted. I'm planning to start pumping a bit this week and introduce a bottle sometime sooner rather than later, especially as my mother is coming to stay for a while and it would be nice if she could help with feeds. He's starting to enter the fussy phase too, so if he's not feeding he's fussing. Last night he wanted to be walked and bounced all night long - not much good for sleep! We've been experimenting with moving machines - the rock'n'play (not much luck with that so far) and the vibrating gizmo on our pack'n'play (which may work, sometimes, sort of...). He fights and screams when he's swaddled. He likes a pacifier but I'm trying not to use it too much. Plus it falls out of his mouth after 5 min so it's only ever a temporary solution. The daytime is fine because he LOVES being carried. So far my favorite carrier is the Boba 4G, which he snuggles into quite well despite his tiny size. I love this baby to pieces but it still feels really, really surreal. I keep forgetting that he's mine and he's here forever. I think it's going to take a while for this all to sink in. ETA photos:

@daubachsgirl23 Good luck with the early intervention for N! I had been meaning to respond to your other thread about it (but, you know, having a newborn makes it difficult sometimes), but I wanted to voice my support. I'm a big fan of EI - they can either tell you you don't need to worry at all or make some suggestions. And even if she does qualify for services then that's actually a great thing - most babies get a little boost from some of the exercises that they do and end up doing amazingly well in the end. I know it's stressful though, because we all want our kids to be at the top of the game. She'll do fine though, I'm sure And OMG your girls are both SO MUCH FUN! @sarahufl I want to come babysit Eliza.

This little man is 7 months old. He's now weighing in right around 17lbs which is beyond awesome considering how tiny he was. He's a little over 26inches tall. He babbles constantly, has never met a stranger, eats like its his job and is rolling and scooting all over the place. He sits unassisted and is trying to crawl - which I fully expect any day now. He has his "car" and a couple walker style toys that are his absolute favorites and loves to cruise around the house. He recently discovered the canned goods on a shelf in the kitchen - so it's time to really baby proof things. He's topped out of the preemie growth charts and is on the regular growth chart curves. Developmentally, he's absolutely on target which makes me heart sing.
