Also I noticed we had 3 stickied posts here. The upcoming races and the monthly challenge one. Do we want to keep those? I think we haven't used them in a while so they can probably be unstickied? I think Calculating TDEE can stay though in case people want to do that for tracking. What does everyone think?

Goals this month: -Gym at least 2x a week -Walks at least 2x a week (min. 30 minutes per walk) - work on diet changes. Less chocolate, more healthy snacks. Rants/AWs/vents: - my knee is doing well. It still feels sore/gets a little swollen if I do a lot of walking but I seem to have most of my mobility back. -I met my step goal every day this week. Thank you fitbit challenges Favourite songs to work out to: - Work Bitch - Britney Spears - Exotic - forget the artist but it features Pitbull. Its a song from Zumba World Party - Show Em What You're Made of - BSB - I Love It - Icona Pop - The One - BSB - Larger than Life - BSB - Story of my Life - One Direction - Fucking Perfect - Pink - Try - Pink I'm getting kind of bored with most of my music on my iPod but I don't really like the music playing at the gym. Plus I like having it right in my ears so I can get in the zone. Those songs above are what I tend to skip through my songs to find. So out of 175 songs, I only really like working out to 9 of them lol

Goals: complete my MFP log under calories at least 22 times. Exercise 10 times. It's a modest goal, but I just need to start getting any exercise in again.
Rant: the heat! I really like running outside. It needs to stop being almost 90 already. It's September! AW: I'd been avoiding the scale, but bit the bullet and stepped on it. I was surprised. I had lost three pounds, bringing my total to 6 pounds. That was six weeks in, so well on track for one pound a week!
Workout music: I usually listening to audiobooks.

I think I need to try this. I've gained back what I lost plus some and need to get back on track
Goals this month: to log my meals every day. I know it's really simple/ not a seemingly a reach BUT I need to get into the right mind set.
Rants/AWs/vents: none of my pants fit me any more! I am so happy for summer and summer parties to be OVER so I can get my shit together.
Favourite songs to work out to: I like to listen to house music- deadmau5, Calvin Harris, Avicii (sp?) when I'm lifting and podcasts when I do cardio

Hi ladies! I didn't realize people were posting over here again!
Goals this month: Go to the gym at least twice/week. And I know this is always my goal, but I'm getting better at actually meeting it recently, 10K steps/day.
Rants/AWs/vents: I'm feeling really good since starting to take UJAM classes a couple of weeks ago, like I'm getting my groove back. Hopefully results will follow in time!
Favourite songs to work out to: When I run (which is never) I listen to Britney Spears and other pop-y music. I love UJAM for the music!
