LMC The exhaustion is no joke. I would need a nap after taking a shower. Wss. And it happens again in the 3rd tri. Seriously there are times I want to nap after getting ready in the morning.

Oh god yes. I made the mistake of putting on pregnancy spanx one night and I thought I was going to pass out after. I bought Uggs when I got pregnant. Best idea ever- they are really comfy and so easy to put on. But I have many questions about PREGNANCY SPANX. They have those? I was thinking the same thing. They have pregnancy spanx and why?

Lots and lots of snacks and small sips of drinks. Keep your blood sugar up and give your stomach something to do. I got mini kid-size granola bars and mini bagels so I wasn't totally porking out but could still just snack all the time, and kept those fruit leather strips in the billfold of my wallet and fruit snacks in the center console of my car. I also napped in my car at lunch from time to time. And one day I fell asleep at 6pm, woke up at 9, ate a piece of pizza and went back to bed. :-p I ate a lot of popcorn. And there were several times when I would come home from work, fall asleep on the couch around 6. H would cook me dinner (usually quesadillas because that was all I could stomach), bring it to me on the couch, feed me, make me brush my teeth and put me back to bed. Last week, I was feeling nauseous and didn't want the soup I brought for lunch. WHen I finally got hungry, I ate half a bag of white cheddar popcorn. A+ choice.

The pregnancy spanx had a panel at the belly so they don't compress the stomach, but the hips and thighs were smoothed out. They also made my bump look more bump-like, which was a little weird. They weren't any more uncomfortable than regular spanx, but I was exhausted after shoving myself into them.

Yes, my job at the time had a free movie theater style popcorn machine. And a fountain pop machine with lemonade. It was glorious for my White/Yellow Foods Only phase (bagels, cheerios, string cheese, popcorn, lemonade, rice with butter, instant mashed potatoes). I ate straight pasta last night for dinner. It was awesome.

The only thing I remember about first tri with both girls is feeling really freaking tired and puking a ton. Like, it's all hazy when I think back. First tri sucks. I'm with you. I'm pretty sure it's our brains blocking out the trauma.

H does that all the time. This was H's entire childhood. He used to eat "pasta sandwiches" which was plain pasta (no sauce) on white bread I had a pasta sandwich before but it at least had red sauce and they used garlic bread.

I brought 3 little leftover lasagna roll-up things for lunch. I ate the first two, but by the third I start just eating the pasta off of the outside. I am going to gain so much weight.

I'm with you. I'm pretty sure it's our brains blocking out the trauma. I figure this ability has to be one of those neat evolutionary changes, because really, blocking out the bad parts of pregnancy makes having more children (and thus furthering the species) seem more doable and desirable. Disclaimer: I'm not a scientist Seems pretty scientifically accurate to me.

Don't say that. I have lost weight on my "diet" during the last few weeks. It helps that I do eat a banana and orange a day and I am already over 200 lbs.

I ate my lunch. Then I saw my apple. I thought "Let's save that." All of a sudden it was in front of me with a bite taken out. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? So I ate it. That was an hour and a half ago. I already had to go get pretzels from the vending machine. I foresee myself doing this again before the day is over.

I didn't really have nauseous, but maybe ask your doctor to send a script over to a pharmacy near your house for some medicine.

I saw some people on GBCN suggesting b6+unisom.. Zofran scares me. I know that most people take it with no problems, but aren't there risks with it? I'm going to try and hold off on any real medicine as long as I can.

I'm going to try and hold off on any real medicine as long as I can. I had Oxycontin (Cat B) and morphine (Cat C) during the first trimester. I had to change up my anxiety medicines when I started TTC due to being a Cat. D drug. There can be risks with any medicine but its best for you to see if the risks outweigh the benefits or not. Drugs.com can give you more details about the drugs and what class they are in and the risk - www.drugs.com/pregnancy/Preggie pops or drops are popular, too. It is all natural and doesn't contain any drugs. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00266E4RG?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s01
